Just find out there is english build in the game, all you need to change is the AXA.ini codepage=932! I can see english instead of japanese

I heard people talking about Chinese translated interface but I'm not sure where can you get it.
Other languages? No, as far as I know.

I was searching around the net and found out changing the AXA.ini can at least get english shows up in the interface. So I am good!
